Meet the Sharps
The Sharp family carries a rich, grace-filled heritage that spans generations in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Their story is one of faith, resilience, and unity. The family line traces back to both English settlers who arrived in the late 1700s and the descendants of freed African Americans who built new lives after emancipation. These two threads — one rooted in early American pioneering spirit and the other in the powerful journey from slavery to freedom — were brought together by God’s grace.
Over time, the Sharp family became known in their community not for wealth or status, but for their deep faith, strong work ethic, and commitment to loving their neighbors. Today, Jasmine and Wesley Sharp continue that legacy as they raise their four children on the family estate, living out the truth of Joshua 24:15: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
